Frequently Asked Questions

  • Microdosing is the practice of working with very small, sub-perceptual amounts of psychedelic medicine.

The intention is not to create a full psychedelic experience, but to invite subtle shifts in awareness, mood, and connection over time.

In this space, microdosing is approached as a relational practice; one that supports listening to your body, your emotions, and your inner rhythm.

  • No. This work is open to both beginners and those with prior experience.

If you’re new, you’ll receive guidance on how to begin. If you’ve worked with microdosing before, this space can support you in refining your approach and deepening your process

  • I primarily support individuals working with psilocybin mushrooms, both in microdosing and more macro contexts. Although I have experience with other medicines as well.

My role is to help you navigate your experience with care, awareness, and integration.

  • I offer guidance around dosing, but I do not prescribe a fixed amount.

The intention is to help you find your own “right dose” --one that feels supportive, grounded, and sustainable in your body. This often involves starting low, observing, and adjusting over time.

  • That’s very common.

Microdosing is subtle, especially at first. We will be working with your interoceptive awareness. Many of the shifts unfold gradually and become more noticeable through reflection over time.

This is why we focus on journaling, embodiment, and integration --so you can begin to notice what’s changing, even in small ways.

  • Even at low doses, emotions, sensations, or patterns can surface.

This doesn’t necessarily mean something is wrong. Often, it’s information and part of the process.

In this work, we focus on responding with care; adjusting the dose or rhythm, and learning how to stay present with what arises in a way that feels supportive.

  • Microdosing is not appropriate for everyone.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking certain medications, or have a history of conditions such as psychosis, it may not be recommended. You are responsible for consulting with your healthcare provider and making informed decisions.

  • I offer both individual and group spaces for those exploring working with mushrooms, integration, and deeper connection with themselves.

This includes 1:1 coaching, group containers, and at times more immersive or ceremonial spaces, all held with care, preparation, and integration support.

  • At times, I hold small, intentional spaces for deeper, more immersive work.

These are approached with preparation, presence, and integration, and are typically offered in a more personalized or small-group setting.

  • My approach is relational, embodied, and grounded in deep listening.

I see microdosing as a practice of developing a relationship with yourself - your body, your emotions, and your inner rhythms. Rather than focusing only on outcomes, we work with awareness, reflection, and integration so that any shifts feel sustainable and real in your daily life.

I draw from somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, parts work, and psychedelic integration, while also weaving in energy-based and soul-oriented perspectives. My work is informed by a deep respect for the wisdom of the body, the psyche, and the more subtle layers of experience.

My role is not to direct, but to walk alongside you; offering guidance and reflection while supporting you in trusting your own inner knowing.
