About Me
Hi, I’m Mikenna. My path with the mushrooms has been one of devotion and reciprocity; tending to them like kin, growing them with love and care, listening to their teachings, and attuning to their subtle rhythms. Microdosing, for me, is less of a protocol and more a living dialogue with the natural world, a slow remembering of what’s already within.
The spaces I hold are rooted in presence and care. Here, there’s room to soften, to arrive as you are, and to be met with gentleness. My role is to listen and hold steady ground as you embark on this path, so what’s most true in the moment can emerge. People often describe my way of holding space as both grounding and spacious, a field where subtle shifts ripple into lasting change.
My path weaves together years of soul-tending, somatic practice, and ceremonial study. I bring over a decade of experience working with the body, along with training in psychotherapy, somatic practices, parts work, trauma-informed care, energy work, and psychedelic facilitation. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling.
In the microdosing space, these threads gather into a supportive container where medicine rhythms meet embodied practice and reflection. My intention is to walk beside you as you deepen into relationship with yourself, the medicine, and the quiet intelligence that moves through it all.
